I agree to be bound by the International Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the Prescriptions of the R.Y.A. and the Sailing Instructions.
I undertake to sail in compliance with the RYA Racing Charter.
I confirm that my boat will conform to its relevant regulations and class rules throughout the regattas and that I will produce the appropriate documents if requested.
I have read and understood the Risk Statement and confirm that I agree to its provisions.
I confirm that the boat is insured for a minimum of £3,000,000 third party liability cover.
I agree to the use of the above personal data for the purposes of the Menai Strait Regattas operations (GDPR).
The parent/guardian have approved the participation of the helm who is less that 18 years old.
